At LeadSharp, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the personal information collected when you register, purchase, or validate software license keys through our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal data required to manage your account and license keys:

• Identity Details: Full Name and Email Address entered during purchase or registration.
• Payment Data: Transactions are handled securely by Cashfree. We do not store or process your card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials on our servers.
• Validation Logs: When your desktop application calls our API to check a license key, we log the key, license usage count, and timestamp to prevent account sharing and license overuse.

2. Scraping Data Privacy (Critical Note)

LeadSharp does not collect, monitor, or upload the directory data you scrape using our software.

All scraped business listings, phone numbers, email addresses, and ratings are downloaded directly from directory search results to your local computer and saved in a CSV format. We have no access to the search terms you query or the lists you build.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your registration data to:

• Issue, track, and validate your software license keys.
• Send transactional receipts, app updates, and support communications.
• Prevent fraudulent transactions and software piracy.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share details only with verified service providers necessary to operate our business:

• Cashfree: To process your invoice payments securely.
• Gmail SMTP / Email Providers: To automatically deliver license keys to your inbox.

We employ standard security protocols, including HTTPS encryption and secure database access, to safeguard your registration information.
