Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LeadSharp, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with our desktop lead extractor. Please review our policies regarding refunds and order cancellations.
1. Free Trial Valuation
We offer a **100% Free Trial plan (25 leads limit)** that does not require any credit card details or setup fees. We strongly encourage all users to sign up for the Free Trial, install the desktop app, and verify its phone number and email extraction performance before purchasing a paid plan.
2. Refund Terms
Since LeadSharp is a downloadable digital software product and provides immediate access to B2B database extraction plans, we generally maintain a **no-refund policy** once a paid license key has been generated and validated.
However, we may issue refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Double Billing: If your card was charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate payment immediately.
- Technical Glitch: If the software fails to open or perform extraction on your Windows PC due to an unresolvable technical conflict, and our support team cannot fix it within 7 business days of you raising a support ticket.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your LeadSharp subscription at any time. When you cancel, your license key will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, after which the key will expire and your app will return to the locked screen.
To cancel, simply contact us at support@sharpintell.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed automatically by Cashfree. The settled amount will be refunded back to your original payment method (Bank account, Credit card, or UPI ID) within **5 to 7 business days** depending on your bank's clearance cycles.
