Welcome to LeadSharp! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LeadSharp desktop application and website, provided by SharpIntell.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of any applicable fees, LeadSharp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and run the software on your personal or business computer.

2. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree to use LeadSharp solely for lawful lead generation and marketing purposes. You shall not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the software.
• Redistribute, lease, sell, or rent the software to third parties.
• Use the tool to scrape data in violation of any local laws, including data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
• Spam or harass individuals using contact details gathered via our scraping tool.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

Certain plans of LeadSharp require monthly subscription payments. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. All transactions are processed securely via our gateway partners (Cashfree).

Failure to settle billing renewals will result in immediate suspension of your license key and app access.

4. Limitation of Liability

LeadSharp relies on public data accessible via search engines and web directories. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the scraped data. LeadSharp and its parent entity, SharpIntell, shall not be held liable for any damages, business interruptions, or accounts suspended by third-party search directories due to automation activity.
